To reuse it, it is therefore necessary to perform a reset (clearing stored data) and empty the data from the vehicle to be repaired. You must keep the original packaging of the part. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the warranty or conformity return applies to the returned product, the customer will be refunded for all costs related to that return.

In the case of replacement as a warranty solution, the customer will receive the part within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the defective part in our facilities. In the case of a credit note for replacement, it will be issued within 10 days of receiving the product at our premises, as it must undergo an inspection and verification process.
