Before starting up the new turbocharger, check the cleanliness and the tightness of the adjacent rooms. When you change the turbocharger, also renew the engine oil, oil filter and air filter! Before performing the attachment of leads, please completely fill the turbocharger by pouring clean engine oil into the power conduit. Change all conduits of oil and the flanges and gaskets. For some items, you must also change the heat exchanger according to the assembly instructions.

Prior to beginning the commissioning, check the tightness of all lines of oil, gas and air. It is absolutely necessary to clean the system power and exhaust air and the intermediate heat exchanger. The system must not have any chips, dirt, corrosion, oil or foreign body.

After mounting the turbocharger, you must restart the engine, let it idle for about 30 seconds and only then gradually increase the speed.
