IMPORTANT: If you need an invoice in the name of a company or individual, you must send us all your tax information, including the VAT number or ID number, otherwise the invoice will be issued as a receipt or simplified invoice without the possibility of changing it later. Shipping and collection costs in case of return will be at your expense. Desguaces Logroño offers its customers, except for control units or electronic components, a minimum warranty period of 1 year according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, subject to what is accepted in the warranty documents based on the type of material. If the part is not faulty, you will receive a voucher of equal value exchangeable for parts in stock. Warranty does not cover labor, defects, damage caused by part failure, incorrect installation, or failure to follow manufacturer's recommended maintenance.

The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The product must not have been handled and must retain its warranty seals. The product must not have been installed on the vehicle. Logically, if the product was not the one requested or has a defect, this warranty includes it. Once we have received the merchandise in our warehouses and verified that all the above conditions exist, Desguaces Logroño will accept the return of the product and proceed with the refund of its amount according to the payment method made, and if applicable, the shipment of the new product.
