You must keep the original packaging of the part. The cost of returning the merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the warranty or conformity return applies to the returned product, the customer will be reimbursed for all related costs.
In case of replacement as a solution to the warranty, the customer will receive the part within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the defective part in our premises.
