Delivery is made by postal services or one of its providers. Sometimes there is the possibility to choose the means of transport and then, it is the buyer who decides. The company sends the order after confirmation from the bank of the receipt of funds (up to 3 pm). From the shipment, parcels are deliverable most often from 2 to 4 days. We do not take responsibility for delays in delivery due to the fault of postal services or one of its providers. We do not consult emails sent directly to our messaging address. Before payment, you must inform us of any changes in the order or cancellation of the order. In this case, we are obliged to confirm in writing a new data.
